Loskill Financial Group was founded after Dave and GayLynn personally experienced the devastating effects of poor financial advice. In 2008, during the economic downturn, their investment advisor failed to communicate or take action, resulting in a 50% loss of not only their retirement savings but also their business equity. This forced them to make significant lifestyle changes, including selling their home and borrowing to sustain their business.

During this difficult time, they realized how critical proper financial planning is to a secure retirement, and they became determined to help others avoid similar hardships.
